Resource Description: The Office of Community Renewal (OCR) provides funding to local governments and not-for-profits to support public infrastructure projects, job creation and small business development, and to create and preserve affordable housing. OCR administers several grant programs in coordination with local program administrators, including Access to Home, Community Development Block Grants, HOME Local Program, Neighborhood and Rural Preservation Programs, and Plus One ADU Program.
